Kreipimasis dėl politinio prieglobsčio suteikimo Lietuvos respublikos pilietei,teisininkei, parlamentarei, politikei, motinai Neringai Venckienei  į Jungtinių Amerikos Valstijų prezidentą Donald Trump, pirmąją ponią Melania Trump, Senato ir Konreso rūmams bei į visą JAV tautą.

 

 

Kai Jungtinių Amerikos Valstijų prezidentas pradėjo kalbėti paprastų žmonių kalbą, jis suteikė mums viltį, kad Pasaulis ir JAV bus teisingesnis. Jo žodžiai suteikia mums vilties, "Kiekvienas Amerikos karta eina tiesos, laisvės ir teisingumo švyturio link - į vientisą grandinę visą kelią iki dabar." Ir mes tikime, kad Jungtinės Amerikos Valstijos yra šalis, kurioje asmuo persekiojamas už teisingumą visada ras teisingumo prieglobstį.

Mes kreipiamės į Jus, dėl moters, kurios likimas jaudina daugelį žmonių iš mūsų tautos, ji pilietinės drąsos pavyzdys. Mes siekiame susisiekti su Jumis dėl Neringos Venckienė, kuri siekia politinio prieglobsčio Jūsų šalyje.

Istorija prasidėjo nuo mažos mergaitės išpažinties, kaip jos motina pasiimdavo į vietą, kur "dėdės" galėjo kažką jai daryti. Į "pedofilijos byla" buvo pradėta lydint keistų mirčių ir teismo sprendimų, kurie nesuvokiami sveiku protu. Teismų maratone, siekiant apsaugoti mergaitę atstovavo ši moteris, Neringa Venckienė, mergaitės teta.

Protestai prasidėjo, kai buvo sukurtas judėjimas ir politinė partija "Drąsos kelias". Neringa Venckienė buvo pirmasis asmuo sąraše į Lietuvos Respublikos Seimą. Mes siekėme kovoti su korupcija ir teismų priklausomybe. Bet jautėmės beviltiškai, nes pajutome daugumos Seimo narių neveiksnumą. Net Seimo komisijai, sukurtai siekiant atimti Seimo narės Neringos Venckienės teisinę neliečiamybę, nebuvo leista pamatyti visų reikalingų aiškumui ar akivaizdumui (to see all the evidence) įrodymų dėl teisinio imuniteto pašalinimo, motyvuojant, kad tai įslaptinta informacija, ir šalies paslaptis.

Neringa Venckienė emigravo į Jungtines Amerikos Valstijas, siekiant apsaugoti jos pačios ir jos sūnaus gyvybes. Mažos Mergaitės istorija pradėjo didžiulią tragediją mūsų šalyje. Ji parodė, kad mūsų tautos vyriausybė yra korumpuota. Mūsų tautos žmonių gyvenimai nėra vertinami. Mes jautėme kaip negailestingas monolitinis sąmokslas veikia mūsų šalyje.

Seneliai ir šeimos nariai yra persekiojami, jiems yra kuriamos baudžiamosios bylos. Lietuvos Respublikos Prezidentė Dalia Grybauskaitė pabėgo nuo Lietuvos piliečių, esančių Čikagoje, kai jie sužinojo, apie korupciją šioje byloje. Mes jautėmės nepateisinę ryžtingumo mūsų tautos, nes tikėjome, kad teisingumas yra Respublikos Prezidento rankose.

Mes išnaudojome visus išteklius, kad mūsų kovotojos už teisingumą Neringos Venckienės ir jos sūnaus gyvenimai būtų apsaugoti JAV vyriausybės.

Neringa Venckienė vidurinę mokyklą baigė aukso medaliu, gavo teisinį išsilavinimą universitete, sėkmingai dirbo teisėja ir Seimo nare. "Drąsos kelias" politinė partija vadovaujama jos, gavo 8% rinkėjų Lietuvos rinkėjų balsų 2012 Seimo rinkimuose.

Mes tikime, kad Neringa Venckienė ir jos sūnus Karolis Venckus būtų geri, atsakingi ir ištikimi Jūsų šalies piliečiai. Ir jie tik pasitarnautų ir būtų vertingi Amerikai.

Mes tikimės, kad jūsų naujoji administracija ras akimirką pažvelgti į šios persekiojamos motinos situaciją, kuri emigravo dėl grėsmės savo ir sūnaus gyvybei. Suteikiant jai politinį prieglobstį būtų sulaikyti organizuoti pedofilijos nusikaltėliai, nes mūsų tautoje seksualinei plėšrūnai negauna bausmės, kurios nusipelno.

Mes prašome jus suteikti politinį prieglobstį Neringai Venckienė ir jos sūnui Karoliui Venckui.

When the President of The United States started using the language of the ordinary people,

he gave us hope that the World and the United States will be fairer. His words gives us hope, “ Each

American generation passes the torch of truth, liberty and justice --- in an unbroken chain all the way

down to the present”. And we belief that the United States is a country, where a person being

persecuted for justice will always find asylum.

We turn to you, Mr. President and the First Lady, because of a woman, whose destiny worries

many people from our nation, she’s an example of civil courage. We contact you because of Neringa

Venckiene, who is seeking an asylum in your country.

The story started from a confession of a little girl, how her mother would take to a place where

“uncles” would do things to her. The “pedophilia case” was started with strange deaths and court

decisions that had no common sense. In the court marathon, the most work to protect the girl was

done by this woman, Neringa Venckiene, the girl’s aunt.

The protests started, we created a movement, we also created the party “The Way of

Courage”. Neringa Venckiene was the first person on the list to get elected to the parliament. We

were determined to fight with corruption and the dependence of the courts. But we felt hopeless, we

felt the incapability of the Parliament. Even the members of the parliamentary commision, created to

remove congresswoman Venckiene legal immunity were not allowed to see all of the evidence for the

removal of the legal immunity, motivating that it’s classified information, the secret of the country.

Neringa Venckiene emigrated to the United States of America, saving her own and her sons

lives. The little girl’s story started a huge tragedy in our country. It showed that our nation's

government is corrupt. Our nation's people’s lives are not valued. We felt how the monolithic ruthless

conspiracy works in our country.

We don’t know the destiny of the girl that was abused by the “uncles”, who was “legally”,

using force taken and given to the custody of the associate of the pedophile suspect.

The grandparents and family members are being persecuted, creating criminal cases. The

Lithuanian president Dalia Grybauskaite ran away from the citizens of Lithuania in Chicago, when

they were curious about the corruption in this case. We felt the unjustified “indecisiveness”, in our

nation, the justice is in the hands of the President.

We used all of the resources that our fighter for justice Neringa Venckiene and her son’s lives

would be protected by the government of the United States.

Neringa Venckiene finished high school with a gold medal, received a law degree in college,

successfully worked as a judge and a congresswoman. The party “The Way of Courage” led by her,

received 8% of the votes in the 2012 election.

We believe that Neringa Venckiene and her son Karolis Venckus would be good, responsible

and loyal citizens of your country. And they would help to make America Great Again.

We hope that your new administration will find a moment to look into this exhausted mother’s

situation who emigrated because of the threat to her and her son’s life. Granting her a political asylum

would restraint organized pedophile criminals, because in our nation sexual predators are not

receiving the punishment that they deserve.

We are asking you to grant political asylum to Neringa Venckiene and her son Karolis

Venckus.
